Jeff Marino, CPA

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and shareholder at Marino CPA Firm, with over 20 years of experience providing strategic financial guidance to privately held businesses and entrepreneurs. He is licensed in Texas and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Southeast Texas CPA Society.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University in 1998, followed by a Master of Accountancy in 2000.

Throughout his career, Jeff has developed a strong focus on companies in the home building industry, helping them navigate the financial complexities of growth, seasonal cash flow cycles, and project-based operations. His areas of expertise include business and personal tax preparation, tax planning, cash flow management, financial statement analysis, and succession planning. He has also guided numerous clients through venture capital funding, mergers and acquisitions, and budget optimization strategies.

Since becoming a shareholder at Marino CPA Firm, Jeff has worked extensively with corporate clients on tax return preparation and audit readiness, always bringing a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
