Jeffrey D. Marino CPA

Jeff is a shareholder with Marino CPA Firm and a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Southeast Texas CPA Society. Jeff received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas State University in 1998, and Master of Accountancy in 2000. Jeff has experience with helping companies raise venture capital and has assisted many clients that are in rapid growth rates using budget and expense savings techniques designed to help entrepreneurs. Jeff has also assisted several clients in buying and selling companies. Since becoming a shareholder in the firm, Jeff has worked extensively with corporate clients in tax return and audit preparation

Lori M. Hastings

Lori is a Certified Tax Preparer with 30 years of experience in business and personal tax preparation, financial statement preparation, payroll tax reporting, and financial planning. Lori works with clients in small businesses where the individual is heavily active in that business. She is committed to her clients best interest and advises them accordingly. Lori graduated in 1988 from Lamar University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Lori is a dedicated professional who strives to communicate with her clients always looking out for their best interest.

Linda Bahnsen

Linda graduated in 1995 from Lamar University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Over the last 25 years, she has worked in various sectors of Business Management & Accounting including private Accounting, corporate Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Management, and Purchasing Management.  Her experience gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the operations side of business management as well as the financial side. Linda firmly believes in the importance of customer service and building effective business relationships.  As a new addition to the Marino CPA Firm and a native of Beaumont, Linda is excited about being part of a team with strong ties to the community.

Jessica Kline

Jessica started working for the Firm in July of 2019 as an Accountant. She graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Much of her career has been spent working with non-profit organizations and for profit small business. Jessica especially loves working with her small business owners and strives to deliver information and advice to support their needs. She specializes in financial statements preparation and analysis, Federal tax and payroll tax reporting.

Megan Spangler

Megan is a dedicated student at Lamar University as she is studying full-time to attain her B.B.A. in Accounting. To expand her opportunities and further her education, she will subsequently continue to complete a master’s degree. During her college career she has worked closely with the public, obtaining much experience and involvement in strong customer service. This also involves, but not limited to, influential leadership roles, efficient organizational skills and valuable customer relationships. As a new extension of the Marino CPA Firm, Megan’s individual experience and understanding will enhance the firm’s day to day work, client communication and documentation maintenance. Megan is eager to learn and grow within the firm, while she pursues her career.

Victor J. Marino CPA

Victor J. Marino has been practicing public accounting since 1976. He was licensed by the State of Texas in 1975 and is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Texas Society of CPAs. Besides establishing the firm, his experience includes corporate and individual taxation preparation and planning, management advisory services and business valuations. His tax services experience includes constructive and creative tax planning with corporations, partnerships, individuals and non-profit organizations. His management advisory service work is geared to help clients in a wide range of areas, such as profit planning, problem solving, organization and administration and personal financial planning. Mr. Marino has also served on numerous church and charity boards and is very active in the Southeast Texas community.
